Director

With over 35 years in the travel industry, Andy Brosou is the creative force behind Triumph Travel.

His mission is to connect Africa’s luxury experiences with Latin and North American AGENTS. Andy’s career began at Buenos Aires airport with Avis Rent a Car, a journey that led him to become a leader in Africa’s luxury travel industry. He is the founder of the “African Roadshow,” a premier event that has brought together over 1,000 travel agents and 60 African luxury companies, driving business growth and cultural exchange. Andy’s passion is crafting personalized journeys that leave a lasting impact, both on travelers and the local communities they touch.

Outside of work, Andy loves exploring Africa with his family, surfing, and collecting aviation memorabilia—his favorite being an original Braniff Panagra cookbook.

General Manager

Leslie Harding's travel journey began when he spent a year working in the UK, gaining hospitality experience at a hotel, first in England and later in Wales. His passion for exploration grew stronger, leading him to embark on an incredible year-long adventure cycling across Europe. This experience sparked a deep love for unique and off-the-beaten-path destinations.

Over the years, Leslie has visited some of Africa’s most stunning locations, including South Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Botswana, and the iconic Kruger National Park. His adventurous spirit also extends to activities such as motocross riding, reflecting his love for thrill-seeking experiences.

Leslie initially entered the travel industry through a game ranger course, but after deciding that path wasn’t for him, he shifted to the car hire sector. Eventually, his growing interest in travel operations led him to join the tour operating industry, where he has now excelled for 24 years. His vast experience and passion for adventure make him experienced in the travel world, dedicated to creating memorable experiences for others.
